Iron Ore Concentrate (IOC)
Iron Ore Concentrate (IOC) is derived from the beneficiation of iron ore, where impurities such as silica, alumina, and phosphorus are effectively removed to enhance iron content. We are committed to buying and exporting only the highest quality IOC, which typically features the following composition:
- Iron (Fe): ≥ 65% (ideally 65-67%)
- Silica (SiO₂): ≤ 5%
- Alumina (Al₂O₃): ≤ 2.0%
- Sulfur (S): ≤ 0.01%
Typically containing over 65% Fe, IOC supports efficient production processes and is a vital component in steel making. Our initiative to explore the establishment of our IOC manufacturing facility demonstrates our commitment to delivering premium products and gaining greater control over our supply chain.
